The OMEGA Carver is a 3 axis carver that utilizes 4,000 RPM servo motors. This innovative carver is the fastest, most economical, full-sized carver on the market today. Its operating system is fully integrated and compatible with OMEGA Tracer. Now, practitioners and fabrication facilities using OMEGA Tracer will have all of their CAD/CAM needs met by one provider, ensuring a very smooth workflow.
The carver can also fit through any standard
34” x 78” door, but its size does not limit its versatility
or speed. The OMEGA Carver is capable of creating
BK, AK, AFO, and Spinal shapes with as much as twice
the resolutions of other available carvers. It includes
a vertical carving chamber that helps pull dust away
from the door and a dust debris collection system so
that clean up is easy. Finally, it comes equipped with
a door safety switch that detects when the workspace
access door is opened.
Both user-friendly and highly accurate, the
carver features a no-tools-required-removable carving
chamber. It carves foam blanks up to 24” in diameter
and 25” long. With an accuracy of ± 1/16th” in the
circumference of a 4” diameter 20” long cylinder,
technicians and practitioners alike are assured of
consistently reliable results.
The carver comes fully equipped with a 15”
flat screen monitor, a standard keyboard and mouse,
a CD drive, 2 USB ports, a speaker, jog buttons for
moving all carver axes, and an emergency power
control switch. A two year warranty is included and
an extended two year warranty on parts and labor is
available at the time of initial purchase.
